Hair must be tied back neatly. Mini Dance Performers T-shirts can be worn in place of PE top These are available for purchase but are not compulsory. Pls see website shop and email me for an order It is essential you provide your child with their own labelled water bottle and healthy snack (No nuts) Myself and or any MDP teachers are DBS checked, fully safe guarding qualified and first aid trained. Anna is a fully qualified and experienced Dance Teacher. MDPs does NOT accept any responsibility for loss/damage of personal property. Or any injuries arising from errors of the child. MDPs holds Public Liability Insurance. COVID Policy Hand sanitizer is available at all times. Please inform me immediately if your child has a temperature or any symptoms of Covid19. Photographs and video footage of pupils attending MDP may be used on our website/facebook page for publicity purposes. If you do not wish for your child’s image to be used for these purposes, you must inform me in writing ASAP.
