Mini Dance Performers T-shirts can be worn in place of PE top These are available to purchase but are not compulsory. Pls see website shop and email me for an order. It is essential you provide your child with their own labelled water bottle. Myself and or any MDP teachers are DBS checked, fully safe guarding qualified and first aid trained. Anna is a fully qualified and experienced Dance Teacher. MDPs does NOT accept any responsibility for loss/damage of personal property. Or any injuries arising from errors of the child. MDPs holds Public Liability Insurance. COVID Policy Please inform me immediately if your child has a temperature or any symptoms of Covid19. Photographs and video footage of pupils attending MDP may be used on our website/facebook page for publicity purposes. If you do not wish for your child’s image to be used for these purposes, you must inform me in writing ASAP. Your personal data is kept safe and not shared. Pick up/drop offs All drop offs will be at the main entrance. Please observe social distancing with other Parent/Guardians Collection can only be by the Parent/Guardian. Pls inform me if someone else is collecting your child or going to after school care.
