At Mini Dance Performers, we believe in transparency and want to ensure that our students and their parents are fully aware of our terms and conditions. These terms outline the rules and guidelines for using our dance school's website and participating in our dance classes. By using our website and/or participating in our classes, you indicate your acceptance of these terms.Our terms cover the following topics:- Registration and payment- Class attendance and behavior- Liability and waiver- Photography and videography- Refunds and cancellationsWe understand that no one likes to read lengthy legal documents, but we encourage you to take the time to review our terms and ask any questions you may have before enrolling your child in our classes.

Whilst Mini Dance Performers works on a very informal basis, Terms and Conditions are still vital!

Once a party is booked please be reassured that your little ones party will be full of fun, smiles and wiggles!!!


Mini Dance Performers parties provide a service to our client to prepare and organise dance parties for the package offered either at the Clients home/garden or where required at other suitable venues. With Social distancing in mind.

We take preliminary bookings either by phone, e-mail or social media, which must be confirmed within 7 days. A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking which is banked and deducted from the total price of the party. This deposit is non-returnable should you cancel the party at any time. I will of course work with you where possible to secure an alternative date should you wish.

A party booking is NOT CONFIRMED until we receive your deposit AND confirmation on numbers attending. The final balance may be paid 14 days prior by bank transfer or paid in cash on the day of the party. (Please do not send cash in the post for deposits). All bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Confirmation can be sent via text or email.

All arrangements will be clarified over the phone or email to make sure you are getting everything you need. MDP will contact you the day prior to the event to check any last-minute arrangements and give you peace of mind that all is set. However, please feel free to contact me at any time.

Cancellations and Delays

If cancellations are due to Covid, then a full refund will be issued. We will not accept any liability and shall not be liable for non-completion of the event or for any delays arising because of:

1) Bad weather

2) Loss, damage or cancellation due to fire, floods or any other cause beyond its reasonable control

3) State funerals and days of public mourning

4) Strikes, riots or lock outs affecting any trade with our Parties is concerned.


Mini Dance Performers Parties shall not have any liability to the client for any injuries that arise from self-error, loss, damage of personal property and any costs or expenses which the client suffers or incurs. Accidental damage to the property at the event should be covered by the Clients own insurance and no claim will be accepted by us which hereby excludes any liability for any such loss.

Health and Safety

*Children are your responsibility! *

I provide the entertainment, but we ask that parents and carers remember that the children are their responsibility at all times.

Children must be fully supervised by their parents/guardian/party hosts during the duration of the party.

Mini Dance Performers will not be responsible for any accident or injury that may happen due to negligence of the child/parent/party hosts during the party.

Whilst we risk assess all our activities and make them as safe as possible, we accept no liability for loss, injury or damage sustained whilst we are present.

The dances/games included in the entertainment is appropriate for ages 4 and older, children younger than 4 cannot participate in these activities unless they have 1-1 parent or carer supervision.

The parent or caregiver is responsible at all times for the general supervision of children within the party venue whether at home or at any other premises, for the supervision of exits, and for ensuring that children only leave the party venue with their own parent or guardian.

My responsibility is strictly limited to the supervision of party activities provided by myself.

It is the responsibility of the Client to make sure that there is at least (1) parent per (10) children responsible for the conduct of the children. Although I will use make extreme efforts to motivate and excite the children it is not my duty to discipline or control bad behaviour.

I will require consent from you on behave of all the guests before the party begins.

To insure the highest levels of hygiene and to minimize risk to other children we ask that we are informed at the start of the party if any guests are suffering with any Covid symptoms, I also ask for hand hygiene and social distancing to be in place, unless certain children are in bubbled groups. I will remain at a 1 metre distance from all the children at all times.

Fire exits

Please familiarise yourselves with fire exits and procedures of the venue, should anything untoward occur.

Safe Guarding

Please be assured that I am fully DBS checked, a fully qualified dance teacher, first aid trained and also trained in safeguarding. Photographs and video footage may be used on our website or social media for publicity purposes. If you do not wish for images to be used for these purposes, you must inform me in writing ASAP.

Mini Dance Performers has full liability insurance.
