At Mini Dance Performers, we believe in transparency and want to ensure that our students and their parents are fully aware of our terms and conditions. These terms outline the rules and guidelines for using our dance school's website and participating in our dance classes. By using our website and/or participating in our classes, you indicate your acceptance of these terms.Our terms cover the following topics:- Registration and payment- Class attendance and behavior- Liability and waiver- Photography and videography- Refunds and cancellationsWe understand that no one likes to read lengthy legal documents, but we encourage you to take the time to review our terms and ask any questions you may have before enrolling your child in our classes.
Uniform and Requirement
PE kit to be worn . Hair must be tied back neatly. Trainers are essential.
Mini Dance Performers T-shirts can be worn in place of PE top These are available for purchase but are not compulsory.

Well Being
It is essential you provide your child with their own labelled water bottle. And a healthly snack if the club is after school.

DBS
Myself and or any MDP teachers are DBS checked, fully safe guarding qualified and First Aid trained. Mrs B is a fully qualified and experienced Dance Teacher.

Loss or Damage
MDPs does NOT accept any responsibility for loss/damage of personal property. Or any injuries arising from errors of the child. MDPs holds Public Liability Insurance. Personal data is kept safe and not shared
COVID Policy
Please inform me immediately if your child has a temperature or any symptoms of Covid19.
Photography
Photographs and video footage of pupils attending MDP may be used on our website/facebook page for publicity purposes. If you do not wish for your child’s image to be used for these purposes, you must inform me in writing ASAP.

Pick up/drop offs
This is dependent on each school. Details of this are given when registering your child. Collection can only be by the Parent/Guardian. Pls inform me if someone else is collecting your child or going to after school care.
