It is essential you provide your child with their own labelled water bottle. Myself and or any MDP teachers are DBS checked, fully safe guarding qualified and First Aid trained. Mrs B is a fully qualified and highly experienced Dance Teacher. MDPs does NOT accept any responsibility for loss/damage of personal property. Or any injuries arising from errors of the child. MDPs holds Public Liability Insurance. Personal data is kept safe and not shared. *Photographs and video footage of pupils attending MDP may be used on our website or social media pages for publicity purposes. If you DO NOT wish for your child’s image to be used for these purposes, you must inform me in writing ASAP. Pick up/drop offs Children will be taken to dance at the end of the day.. Collection can only be by the Parent/Guardian at the hall fire exit at 4.05pm. Pls inform me if someone else is collecting your child or going to after school care.
