We've absorbed increases for as long as possible, but we want to ensure we can continue providing the quality dance experience your children love. It is essential you provide your child with their own labelled water bottle. Myself and or any MDP teachers are DBS checked, fully safe guarding qualified and First Aid trained. Mrs B is a fully qualified and highly experienced Dance Teacher. MDPs does NOT accept any responsibility for loss/damage of personal property. Or any injuries arising from errors of the child. MDPs holds Public Liability Insurance. Personal data is kept safe and not shared. *COVID Policy Please inform me immediately if your child has a temperature or any symptoms of Covid19. *Photographs and video footage of pupils attending MDP may be used on our website or social media pages for publicity purposes. If you DO NOT wish for your child’s image to be used for these purposes, you must inform me in writing ASAP. *Pick up/drop offs Children will eat lunch then come to the classroom off the hall.
